FACILITY DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT AWARD: A design/build contract was signed with Laguna Construction Inc. of Albuquerque on 7/30/03. Laguna Construction is a tribal-owned, federally charted corporation owned by the Pueblo of Laguna with offices in Laguna, NM, Albuquerque, NM and Houston, TX.Laguna Construction has subcontracted with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. to provide the architectural and engineering design services for the project, as well as the construction administration services during the actual construction. They are industry leaders in water treatment design, wastewater treatment design, ground water supply development, architectural and civil design, and controls and instrumentation design.
