Publications of the Powell Consortium

The objectives of the Powell Consortium are to organize and conduct scientific studies and outreach programs on water and other natural resources issues important to the region; conduct interdisciplinary research and development for government agencies, public and private foundations and other entities both corporate and individual; provide a visible and accessible interface among water scholars from universities and western water resource managers, planners and government officials; and disseminate and exchange scientific knowledge and information through technical reports, journal publications, symposia, workshops, short courses, and scientific meetings.
