The LRGWUO Board of Directors meet on an as-needed basis. The meetings are open public meetings and are scheduled by the City of Las Cruces.

A board meeting was held on September 17, 2007 10:00am at the City of Las Cruces Utilities Center Conference Room 213, 680 Motel Blvd, Las Cruces, NM. Agenda and meeting materials.

The LRGWUO also has a standing Technical Committee which normally meets on the third Thursday of each month at 1:30pm at the City of Las Cruces Utility Center conference room 150. These meetings are open public meetings. This committee is made up of individuals that have been designated as technical representatives of each of the member organizations. This committee was responsible for guideing the development of the Regional Water Plan and also in the selection and review of projects supported by the organization.
