The Contact Person will be notified of receipt of abstract by email.
If you do not receive an email from nmwrri@wrri.nmsu.edu within a few hours then we did not receive your abstract. Please contact us by phone or email.

The Contact Person will be notified by email by July 16, 2010 concerning presentation acceptance.

If accepted, presenter must register and pay the fee by July 29, 2010 to maintain space on the program.

The registration fee for everyone, including speakers, poster presenters, and other attendees is $20/person. The fee will be waived for students presenting an accepted paper or poster. The fee includes the reception, lunch, breaks, and a notebook with abstracts.
